complex infrastructures and dynamic adaptations, the previous operating model faced a significant challenge.
With the introduction of Microsoft Azure, the focus shifted to the flexible use of services. Due to this, teams placed
new demands on IT for flexible deployment, scaling and decommissioning their projects.
Solution
Hamburg Süd is a leading brand in the international logistics services sector, focusing on quality and customer
service. That's why CloudBolt, with its integrable, flexible and customizable platform, offers the right framework to
meet the needs of today and tomorrow.
CloudBolt's Cloud Management Platform enables Hamburg Süd to provide a wide range of cloud services from VMs,
storage, and databases automatically within minutes. Thanks to this modular structure and individual service
catalogue, together with CloudBolt partner Visorian GmbH, Hamburg Süd continuously expands and integrates the
platform to map future requirements quickly and easily. The self-service model not only allowed a significant
reduction in deployment times, but also provided a central platform for a holistic overview.
With a wide range of new features, such as definable actions and approval workflows within CloudBolt, existing
processes have been simplified or completely redesigned. Together with Scholderer GmbH, Hamburg Süd defined
future-proof multi-cloud service descriptions and an individual multi-cloud service portfolio.
